Generally, motor cars use gasoline (petrol) or diesel. This causes environmental pollution, particularly air pollution as it results in climate change and global warming. Due to these negative aspects and increasing oil prices, automobile manufacturers are seeking alternative power systems. Hybrid vehicles, electric and hydrogen powered vehicles are results of such attempts. Automobiles do a serious threat to road safety, as road accident rates are rapidly increasing. In addition to that, automobile owners or users have to afford a great cost for their automobile usage. It include various expenditure including the cost of acquiring the vehicle, repairs, maintenance, fuel, depreciation, parking fees, tire replacement, and taxes and insurance. However, owning an automobile would permit on-demand transportation, mobility, independence and convenience for its owner. Some consider owning an automobile as a mark of financial prospect, status and also as a helpful tool in terms of job and wealth creation, and therefore it is considered a prestige. In addition, motor cars have a value in terms of providing leisure and travel opportunities.

Smaller cars are more frequent in European automobile market than in the United States. Moreover, the new trend in automobile market is to purchase small, smart cars other than expensive luxurious automobiles.

Ferrari

Ferrari is an expensive luxury car popular worldwide. Its producer is located in Maranello, Italy and was founded in 1947 by Enzo Ferrari. The McLaren

The McLaren is a top speed super sports car. McLaren Automotive, in England, manufactures it. Its popular production McLaren F1 (1992–1998) set the record for the fastest production car in the world in 1998 with 240 mph (391 km/h), and it is still the fastest naturally aspirated production car. Mercedes-Benz has also produced a limited-production of McLaren Cars. It has a maximum speed of 337 kilometres per hour (209.4 mph) and costs about US$500,000. By 2009, McLaren decided to cease production of this due to pedestrian-protection regulations.

Jaguar

Jaguar Car is British in origin. Jaguar, the luxury car manufacturer, has its headquartered in Coventry, England. Sir William Lyons, William Walmsley and William Francis Tranter founded it in 1922 (as Swallow Sidecar Company). Recently Indian company Tata Motors Ltd had become a wholly owned subsidiary. Today, Jaguar cars are designed in Jaguar Land Rover's engineering centers.

Mitsubishi

The Mitsubishi is a Japanese car produced by Japanese automaker Mitsubishi Motors. It is designed in such a way to improve safety and interior space without enlarging the overall exterior. It has 5-door hatchback, a rear/four-wheel drive with a 659 cc DOHC MIVEC 12v I3 engine.

Ford

Ford sports cars have a leading role in the world of sports car racing since 1964. Ford GT40 and Ford Mustang GT (racing GT car) are the most successful sports cars. Their producer, the Ford Motor Company, founded by Henry Ford in America, produces a series of luxury cars including Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury brands Volvo Cars in Sweden, and a small stake in Japan and Aston Martin in the UK. Company manufactures automobiles under names of Ford, Lincoln, Mercury and Volvo Cars.. This company is the pioneer in introducing methods for large-scale manufacturing of cars.

Rolls-Royce

The Rolls-Royce car, an extremely expensive luxury car was first produced Rolls-Royce Limited in 1906. In 1973 the company split into Rolls-Royce plc and Rolls-Royce Motors. Today, Rolls-Royce are produced by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, which is a subsidiary of the BMW Group.
